To ensure your documents are secure, we deploy the use of Citrix ShareFile, an online cloud-based data room.

Upon registering for Value Scout, you will receive a link via email to create an account on behalf of your business for Citrix ShareFile.

  1. Click the "Click here to activate your account and view this folder" link near the bottom of the email.

  2. You will then be prompted to confirm your name and to create a password.

  3. You will then be directed to your folder.

  4. Click on the subfolders and upload the relevant documents to the corresponding subfolders. For example, tax documents should be designated to the tax folder, financial documents to the financials folder, and so on.

    1. To upload documents, either click the "Browse Files" link within the subfolders or use the plus sign within the blue circle at the top right of the folder menu.
