Creating an objective (annual plan) or initiative (quarterly plan) is the same process. The difference is that objectives are long-term goals for a company to complete and initiatives are more manageable.

Creating New Objectives and Initiatives:

  1. Navigate to the plan you want to create your objective or initiative in

  2. Click the "New" in the top right of the page menu

  3. Fill out the objective or initiative name (required to save the card)

  4. (Optional) Fill out the other attributes: Owner, Blocked By, Due Date, Parent, Department, Priority, and Description

  5. Click "Add Objective" or "Add Initiative"
