Creating an annual plan is a great start for exit planning. However, it can be challenging to evaluate plan progress and issues without accountability. Luckily for business owners, Value Scout provides the ability to assign individual ownership and department ownership. We suggest utilizing these badges as much as possible for reporting accuracy and for the company's benefit. Utilizing these badges will assist in plan reviewing and in decisions to alter your plan (see here).

Selecting Accountability Badges:

  1. Navigate to the plan you would like to see

  2. Create a new objective or initiative OR Click on the "Edit" button of an already exiting objective or initiative

  3. Select an "Owner" and a "Department"

  4. Click "Save Changes"
